Positive: I really like the design and interior decoration of this flat even though looking from the outside you wouldn't expect a great flat. The flat is spacious and it has everything you need. The bed is super comfortable and I had decent sleep. There are many shops and restaurants around.
Negative: Personally speaking, two pillows are not particularly comfortable for me. But not a deal breaker at all.

Positive: The apartment is large, spacious and very well-equipped. The location is great, only about 15-minute walk from the old harbor. It is also close to central bus/train station so getting there from the airport is easy. Very good value for the money.
Negative: From the outside the building, where the apartment is located as well as buildings in the whole street, looks very destitute. When I first arrived at the location and saw the building, I was at first shocked and could not believe this was the place where the apartment was supposed to be. But once I entered the apartment, my disillusionment disappeared. The raised corner of the shower is in a way from the toiler. I was constantly tripping over it.

Positive: Clean, modern, recently renovated to a high standard... and also very spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an espresso machine, and the dining area has a large table (which doubled brilliantly for me as a desk as I had a lot of business paperwork to do during my stay). The apartment is just a couple of minutes walk from Boulevard de la République which leads straight up to Le Vieux Port (a leisurely 10 mins walk). There is a corner shop at one end of the street - which is great if you decide to stay in and cook / fancy a bottle of wine, and there's also a fabulous boulangerie just a couple of minutes walk away for those fresh breakfast croissants! The apartment is super quiet and calm, which given its central location, was impressive. Sam is a friendly, informative, impeccable host, and I can unreservedly recommend this apartment. I'll be back for sure...

Positive: Apartment is situated at the heart of the city. 10 minutes away from stations and the majority of attractions are within walking distance. Kitchen tools, big fridge/freezer are provided so it is ideal if you plan to cook there. The host is very responsive and generous. He provided an easy guidance for apartment beforehand and responded to my questions very quickly while I was there.
Negative: A few stuffs were left in a bin/fridge/freezer. The host advised that food in fridge/freezer are kept on purpose to allow guests to use (i.e. butter) I feel it would be better if I had been told beforehand. As for rubbish in a bin, the host quickly made an apology as soon as I enquired through Booking.com message. (Therefore, I didn't think this was a big issue and I stayed there comfortably) Common corridor from the building entrance to the apartment was dim and chilly. It was not the best experience to use it every time I went outside.
